O bolo rendado foi bastante inovador, com trabalhos de drapeado e laço texturizados e com filigranas, e a utilização da cor azul em degradê no bolo de três andares. O casal de noivos estava muito elegante, trazendo à tona o romantismo do mês dos noivas. O motivo? Ela prometia desvendar os segredos de um bolo perfeito. O que não foi nada difícil para a especialista, há 17 anos nesse universo do açúcar. O caminho das pedras para quem não é um cozinheiro tão hábil começa pela escolha da farinha com fermento. "Facilita o preparo porque já vem na medida certa e é uma maneira de já driblar possíveis erros", dá a dica Cássia, proprietária de uma confeitaria artística que leva o seu nome. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quem deseja partir de um bolo caseiro para um confeitado, ela alerta: o segredo ainda está na massa, que deve ser bem consistente para receber recheio e cobertura. "Isso não quer dizer massudo", diz. Cássia é defensora dos ingredientes regionais e fez questão de terminar sua aula com essa bandeira: "Tenha orgulho do Nordeste e olhe para o quintal de casa", declara a autora do regionalíssimo bolo de passa de caju.
